The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has confirmed that the 2025 Africa Nations Championship (CHAN) will take place from August 2 to 30 in East Africa.

The decision follows a delay due to the need for additional time to complete infrastructure preparations in the co-hosting countries—Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. This will be the first time three East African nations jointly host the tournament.
